Meet Eddie, a seasoned commercial and civil litigator whose expertise spans insolvency, debt recovery, and contract negotiation. Over the past decade, Eddie has consistently delivered successful outcomes for clients in diverse and complex legal cases, showcasing his mastery of the Australian legal landscape.

Operating across multiple jurisdictions, including NSW, VIC, SA, and WA, Eddie's strategic and results-driven approach distinguishes him in the field. Whether navigating high-stakes suits, managing intricate insolvency matters, or providing comprehensive advice on contracts, Eddie is dedicated to delivering practical and cost-conscious solutions tailored to his clients' unique needs.

Eddie's proficiency extends to property disputes, estate litigation, Australian Consumer Law matters, construction disputes, and negligence cases. His role as a trusted advisor to liquidators and trustees further underscores his broad experience in corporate and personal insolvency administrations. He also regularly represents parties in insolvency related claims and defending against them.

Eddie graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) in 2010, and in 2012 with a Bachelor of Laws. Eddie completed his GDLP at The Australian National University in 2013, following which he also completed Certificate 3 in Mercantile Agents at the Australian College of Commerce & Management in 2017. Eddie also achieved the highest mark in the ARITA Advanced Certification Insolvency subject in SA in 2019, and is a professional member of ARITA.

Notably, Eddie has secured numerous recent successful judgments across Australia (set out below), demonstrating his prowess in various courts, including the Local and Supreme Court of NSW, Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, Magistrates’ Court of South Australia (where has acted as counsel), and the Federal Court.
